How do I make a return or exchange?
Although we carefully inspect your order prior to shipment, we know that sometimes damage can occur in transit. If you receive any damaged items, we'd be happy to replace them at no extra cost to you (for U.S. addresses only).
- Inspect Your Order: Once you receive your order and within 30 days of your purchase, please inspect all items to see if any items have been damaged
- Let Us Know So We Can Mail You a Replacement Item: If damage has occurred, contact us and we will ship a replacement item to you. We'll get it out the next business day to make sure you get it as soon as possible. An email will be sent so you can track this replacement item
- Send Us Back the Damaged Item: We email you a pre-paid shipping label to mail the damaged item back to us. Drop it off within 10 days of receiving the pre-paid shipping label (Please note that if we do not receive the item within 10 days we will charge you for the duplicate item.)
Note that we cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Damaged items that are returned need to be packaged so no additional damage can occur.
We want to take the risk out of ordering online and will always return any unwanted items. It doesn't matter if it's the wrong size, not what you expected or you just changed your mind. We totally get it and offer free returns (U.S. addresses only).
- Decide to Keep or Return: Once you receive your order and within 30 days of your purchase, decide if you'd like to keep or return your items. Note that we can only accept returns on unused, unopened items that are returned in the original condition (if damage occurs during the return due to poor packaging, we cannot accept the item--please package it the same way you received it with extra attention to ensure no other items can rub or scratch and that breakage is minimized)
- Let Us Know: Contact us and we begin to process your return
- Send Us Back the Item(s): We will email you a pre-paid shipping label to mail the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the item(s) we'll refund your money at your original purchase price on the method of payment you used to make the purchase
Note that we cannot accept returns on special-order items. We also cannot accept returns of final-sale or discontinued items, which are always marked in the product description.
If you'd like to exchange any item(s), we'd be happy to help at no extra cost to you.
