We are constantly looking for new items to add, as we want to be your go-to place to build onto your existing EDC setup. Please let us know what you're looking for by contacting us. We'd be happy to help you out as much as we can.

I want to sell my stuff on your website. Can I?
Awesome. We are always looking for unique everyday carry gear. We love the big guys, but we have a special spot for the small artisans and manufacturers as they are the heart of EDC (and typically just make really great, high-quality stuff). Contact us and we'll talk and see if it's a good fit. Whether you have a large number of items or want to make just a limited run, let us know.
I have a coupon code. How do I use it?
On the cart page enter your code in the "Coupon code" field and click "GO." The code will be applied to your order.
I have a free shipping code but on Step 4 of checkout, it is making me select a shipping method. What is going on?
Any free shipping codes successfully applied in the "Coupon code" box will appear on the last step of checking out. Select the cheapest shipping method and proceed to Step 5 where you will see the free shipping applied. We are working on improving our system to make this more clear.
How much is shipping?
To make it easy on everyone, we base all shipping costs on the actual weight and dimensions of the item being purchased, with free shipping for any order over $95.00 to the entire United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and Puerto Rico, regardless of size or weight.
We use the Postal Service and DHL Express for international shipments. These are also based on the actual weight and dimensions of the items being purchased. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for our international customers.

Do you ship out of the United States?
Yes, we do!
Currently, we only can ship our full catalog of products to U.S. and to APO/PPO addresses outside the United States. This is due to some of the agreements we have with manufacturers. We can likely accommodate you with most orders, just contact us and we can work with you.

I never received my order. What do I do?
This can be very frustrating. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with our shipping carriers to figure out what happened.
If it is determined that your package was stolen, we will work with you the best we can.
To prevent this in the future, please make sure you comment on your order to request signature confirmation. We will provide it at no cost to you and it will ensure your order is successfully delivered.
Where is my order tracking number?
As soon as your order is shipped, we email you an order tracking number to the email address you used when making your purchase. If you can't find the email, there is a chance it is in your spam box or lost in email-land. Contact us and we'd be happy to resend this information to you.
I need to return an item. What do I do?
Buying over the internet should be as painless as possible. We'd be glad to help you out. Read more about how to make a return or exchange.
Damaged or defective items
I just received my item and it's damaged. What do I do?
We stand by every item we sell. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will get a new item shipped out to you. We know it's an inconvenience and we'll make sure we make the exchange as painless as possible. Read more about returns and exchanges.
I've been using my item for a while and I think it's defective. What do I do?
If you think your item is defective, contact us and we'd be happy to work with you and help find out if the product is still under warranty from the manufacturer.
Please note that we take a common sense approach to defective items. We cannot accept a return on an item that is defective due to improper use or normal wear. We'd be happy to talk to you about your item and will accept its return once we figure out with you what is going on. We know our manufacturers are always striving for defective-free items and take defective merchandise as seriously as we do. Read more about returns and exchanges.
What does Option Gray do to make sure my information is secure?
We take security very seriously and treat your personal information in the same way we'd want a company to treat ours. We use the highest level of internet security to ensure your information is secure.
What do you do with my email address?
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we only use it to send emails to you. If you choose to create an account with us, it's only used for you to easily access your order history and create wishlists. If you checkout as a guest, we only use your email to send you any order confirmation or shipping notices. We will never sell or give your email address out to anyone.
