This MARATAC AA EDC Flashlight is machined out of 6AL4V grade Grade 5 titanium. At 45% lighter than steel, highly corrosion resistant and stronger than stainless steel, titanium is a great option to upgrade your everyday carry. This new version of the MARATAC AA flashlight comes with the new Nichia 219 emitter, giving a true color in natural light.
Why is the 4th Generation Nichia 219 emitter better?
The Nichia emitter has an ultra-high 92 color rendering index in neutral white tint of 4000k and it offers very nice smooth beam. It gives you an amazing illuminated object color while still having three levels of brightness, low - medium - high, and a life span up to 50,000 hours. The lens has been treated with an AR (anti-reflective) coating and boasts a much stronger clip that is much better over previous versions.
You get 205 lumens in this workhorse light that runs off just (1) AA battery. It has a Nichia 219 emitter that lasts over 50,000 hours. It's a great way to add a light to your EDC that doesn't take up much room in your pocket.
