MARATAC Flashlight

I bought this flashlight out of a need for something highly portable to take with me to work sites. I'm not very immersed into the world of EDC gear yet and honestly hate having a lot of stuff in my pockets. Fortunately for me, this light is even smaller and lighter than I had assumed. It's practically unnoticeable clipped into a pants pocket unless I'm squatting down at certain angles. It seems to be very well made and durable for such an unimposing light. The three light output levels are nice. From what I can tell, medium is the default level and probably around 50-60 lumens. The light will turn on at medium output if it's been off for more than five minutes or so. Otherwise, it will act just like it does when cycling through the outputs by lightly pressing the tail cap. The cycling goes from medium to low to high and back to medium to repeat. High output is very bright, so beware aware if you turn the light off while in low mode, then turn it back on within a few minutes, it will be in high output mode. Only an issue when using it in a place that would not be okay with a sudden burst of very bright light (dark theater venues). As with my previous purchase, Option Gray was great to deal with. Fast and cheap shipping in addition to a competitive price on the product. Overall a pleasant experience.
